What Are All-on-4™ Dental Implants?

All-on-4™ implants replace a full arch of teeth. Using a minimally invasive process, four dental implants are inserted without bone grafting, sinus lifts, or other more complex, costly treatments. Patients who rely on dentures will have a full upper and/or lower arch restored. All-on-4™ dental implants are also suited for those losing their teeth or who have multiple missing teeth.

These are permanent implants. They are fixed in place, unlike implant-supported dentures that must be removed for cleaning. Dental implants are cleaned and maintained just as natural teeth are—with brushing, flossing, and regular visits to your dentist. While the implant posts are made of titanium, the prosthetic crowns are made of durable acrylic or porcelain that can last for decades.

We don’t think you’ll find a more convenient, precise, comfortable, reliable, and aesthetically pleasing dental implant solution anywhere else in Southern California.

Benefits of All-on-4™ Dental Implants

All-on-4™ dental implants have many cosmetic and functional benefits over dentures and bridges. You can have new teeth in as little as a day. Compared to other procedures, there’s less pain and swelling and the process is more cost-effective.

Cosmetic Benefits

  • All-on-4™ implants look like natural teeth
  • Decrease in wrinkles caused by missing teeth
  • Dental implants help support your facial structure
  • No more crooked or missing teeth
  • You can smile confidently

Functional Benefits

  • You can chew virtually any type of food
  • You can speak without teeth clicking
  • Implants won’t shift when chewing or speaking
  • Additional bone loss is prevented
  • Dental implants are highly stable

All-on-4 Dental Implant Procedure

Our FDA-approved All-on-4™ process is managed by a dedicated staff led by Dr. Sean Ebrahimian, otherwise known as “Dr. E”. Thanks to the expertise of Dr. E, a fully staffed in-house lab, and a state-of-the-art facility, we diagnose, plan, and complete the process in one office. You’ll meet with just one doctor and have new teeth in one day.

The first step to receiving All-on-4™ dental implants is a consultation. A visual examination and CT scan will help assess your oral health. Our pre-operative evaluation allows us to create a customized treatment plan and provide an accurate cost estimate. Virtual technologies aid in planning and preparation for treatment.

During the outpatient procedure, four titanium posts are inserted into the jawbone. Your gums will be allowed to heal before the implant bridge is placed. Local anesthetic and some form of sedation (if requested) will be used. But even before we start, you’ll receive a temporary prosthetic arch on your first visit, so you leave our office looking great and feeling confident.

How Do I Care for All-on-4™ Dental Implants?

Proper care can prevent complications such as infections, wear, and implant failure. You can prevent these and other issues with:

  • Proper oral hygiene
  • A soft-bristled toothbrush
  • Brushing your gums
  • Regular dental check-ups
  • Avoiding hard/crunchy/chewy foods while healing

A healthy lifestyle and diet will also help protect your All-on-4™ implants and ensure long-term benefits. Avoid smoking and extremely hard, chewy, or sticky foods. Acidic foods and anything that can stain your implants, such as coffee or wine, should also be avoided.

How Much Do All-on-4™ Dental Implants Cost?

The cost of All-on-4™ implants depends on your treatment plan. Our estimate includes office visits, your initial examination, the implants, and placing your new arch. Getting dental implants is less costly than other techniques requiring bone grafting and other labor-intensive treatments. Once you receive your implants, your smile will be restored, with no further treatments likely needed.

Financing is available for patients who cannot afford the upfront cost of All-on-4™ dental implants. We offer a flexible payment plan, with terms of up to 96 months, for those who qualify. You can also qualify for a credit line or use dental or medical insurance if it covers dental implants. At Implants 4 Life, we complete claim forms and transmit them to your carrier, making sure all your information is up-to-date. We have a full-time team member who can help you every step of the way.
